Myles, Logan, Andy and I all went down to Team Quest for a private lesson with Rob Follis. It was amazing. He is one of the best trainers in the world, and now we know why. Jeff Williams and Andy Suitela paid for everything. Thanks again. Myles and Logan are both fighting on tv 2 weeks after this training training session. It couldn't have been more perfect timing.
